1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (if applicable).
  • Certain items, such as final sale, clearance, or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific return restrictions.
2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at @vibeglint.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
  3. Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible), including all tags and accessories. Please ensure the return is well-protected during shipping.
  4. Shipping: Ship the item to the address we provide, and use a trackable shipping service for your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the item is returned in less than original condition, is damaged, or is missing components (such as tags or accessories).
4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items (unless stated otherwise)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description
  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at @vibeglint.com with photos of the item and the packaging, along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at @vibeglint.com. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, but once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

8. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that all return shipments are clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees. Customs duties, taxes, and other charges are not refundable.
